Jennifer Might, MA, BCBA - Owner
Jennifer Might, MA, BCBA is the founder and owner of STEPS. She has been working with children diagnosed with autism for 14 years in a variety of capacities, including school and home based services. She has her BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and her MA in Psychology from Duquesne University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has done extensive research on children diagnosed with autism in the inclusive setting and has authored articles relating to autism in the Encyclopedia of Special Education 2nd ed . Jennifer is also the co-founder of Monarch Educational Materials in which she develops educational materials geared for children on the autism spectrum.

Leslie Zevnik - Human Resource Specialist
Completed studies at Green River Community College for Sociology and Psychology. She is a parent of a child with autism and also acts as the Parent Advocate for STEPS.
