STEPS, LLC was founded by Jennifer Might, MA and Rick Murray, LSW, BCBA. Jennifer has her Master’s degree in Psychology from Duquesne University and has completed her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through Penn State. She has been working with children and teenagers with developmental delays for 11 years in a variety of different capacities. Jennifer is also the co-founder and CEO of Monarch Educational Materials, a company which develops educational materials geared for children on the autism spectrum. Rick has his Master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed his coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through Penn State. Rick is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with children and teenagers with developmental delays for 10 years in a variety of different capacities. Rick has started and facilitates parent support groups, as well as social skills groups for children on the autism spectrum and has developed specialized autism services programs throughout Pennsylvania.
